On November 13th, Kim Kang Woowas sent to the hospital after accidentally drinking gasoline.
Kim Kang Woo was on the set of his upcoming movie, Treacherous Retainer, where he drank the gasoline at the fault of a staff member.
He was immediately sent to Seoul Asan Hospital where he was treated and is now doing ok. He plans to return to the set to film on November 15th.
However, there were rumors going around that made the situation seem more grave than it was. Kim Kang Woo’s agency has since dispelled them by saying that reports on him being transported by ambulance and having his stomach pumped were untrue.
Treacherous Betrayer follows the life of Prince Yeongsan, played by Kim Kang Woo, and also starsJu Ji HoonandLim Ji Yeon. The movie is set to be released in May 2015.
