The Wrecking Ball singer's cover shot hit headlines on Monday (08Jun15) after she posed naked, covered in mud, while hugging her pet pig Bubba Sue from behind.
The mammal's placement helped Cyrus preserve her modesty, but new images from the rest of the photo session have now hit the Internet and the former child star, who has become known for flashing her breasts, isn't shy about revealing all inside the magazine.
Snaps released on Tuesday (09Jun15) show the 22 year old completely nude, with just a line of fluorescent peach paint across her nipples, and a patch of pastel pink paint over her groin.
The images were taken by celebrity photographer Paola Kudacki, while Cyrus' Bangerz Tour collaborator, Diane Martel, served as the shoot's creative director.
Paper Magazine editors are no strangers to pushing the boundaries of their star photoshoots - Kim Kardashian famously bared all for their Winter, 2014 edition, with the tagline, "Break the Internet".
